All services, products and purchases with Bare Skin Boutique are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
We offer in-depth consultations prior to treatment to deem suitability.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment to the client if they believe that the treatment is not suitable.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone at any given time.
Bookings / Arrival
To avoid any disappointment please speak to our team to ensure you book your preferred appointment time as we book out fast.
To book an appointment you can contact us via our social media platforms, book online via our booking link, email us or call our contact number.
To book an appointment with us, we require a redeemable $50 deposit. This is to secure the appointment, we cannot hold an appointment time until this has been paid. In the case you change your mind, we will keep this deposit on file for 6 months.
Consultatations are free, and treatment can be performed on the same day permitting there is enough time.
A reminder text message* will be sent 48 hours prior to your appointment reminding you about your appointment with us. If needing to reschedule/ cancel we ask that then is the time to do so. *These are sent by a third party and are not guaranteed.
If you are using a credit or gift voucher towards a treatment, please notify a staff member to ensure we have this on your file.
We ask that you please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure all appointments run on time. If it is your first time with us, please allow this extra time to fill out our consent form online if you haven’t already.
If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled, resulting in a full loss of deposit.
Cancellations & No Shows
Please take care when booking appointments. We require 24 hours notice to cancel / reschedule appointments. Cancellations without 24 hours notice and No Show’s will result in a full loss of deposit.
If you cancel within 24hours of your appointment, or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to charge a $50 late cancellation/non-attendance fee, or 50% of the treatment cost depending on treatment type, and treatment time.
Clients who do not attend or who cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will forfeit their full booking deposit.
This is because it is extremely hard to fill last minute available time slots, resulting in a waste of our time. This time slot could have been allocated to another client needing an appointment, that would have attended.
We understand unexpected things come up, however we request you respect our time.
This also applies for clients who are using a gift voucher.
Payments, Refunds & Exchanges
All deposits and payments are STRICTLY non-refundable.
All fees are due and payable in full on the day of the procedure.
For in clinic payments: Cash, Eftpos, After Pay and Zip Pay are available
For online purchases: Transfer, After Pay and Zip Pay are available
For all After Pay & Zip Pay purchases there is a 6% surcharge fee, online and in store.
If you have made full or partial payment for a service and change your mind, we have a 6-month holding period.
Your package payment cannot be exchanged to another service.
All retail purchases may be exchanged to another retail product.
All products are non-refundable however are exchangeable (excluding the price paid for postage), if original packaging hasn’t been tampered with. If you decide to exchange a product, the product must be brought to the boutique or posted back to us (at your own expense) at the address found on our Contact Page within 7 days; sealed and in all original packaging. Product exchanges are not exchangeable for services.
We are unable to transfer prepaid packages, credits or gift vouchers to another client.

All pre paid packages and credits are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable. Packages and credits on your file have a 1 year validity. If your package has expired we are unable to extend the expiry date.
If you have been advised by your medical practitioner that you need to put a temporary hold on your services, we require a signed letter from your doctor to put a hold on the account before your package or credit expires.
Covid-19 / Feeling Unwell
Our team is fully vaccinated.
If you are feeling unwell, we respectfully ask that you contact our team to reschedule your appointment.
If our therapists are feeling unwell, we may need to reschedule / cancel appointments. We will always try and provide you with 24 hours notice, however sometimes this may not be the case.
Medical Conditions
Please notify a staff member before making any bookings if you are on any medications, are pregnant, a cancer patient or are undergoing ongoing medical treatment. A letter from your Doctor will be required to declare it is safe to undergo treatments.
Minimum Age
Consent is required for Children and Teenagers under 18 years of age from a parent or guardian.
We do not perform treatments, or cater to children under the age of 12.
Personal Hygeine
We ask that you please remember to arrive fresh for your appointment.
This is especially important for Laser Hair Removal Treatments; we ask you come freshly showered and shaved.
It is important to arrive clean shaved before all treatments. Razors and wet-wipes will be available to use before laser treatments.
Technical Faults
We always aim to provide you the highest level of service and professionalism, however due to circumstances out of our control, there may be occasions where equipment failure is unavoidable. In the event this occurs, it is possible that scheduled appointments may be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled with little notice.
We will address any technical fault immediately. All equipment is thoroughly tested before being signed off to commence treatments. we understand the inconvenience that may be experienced in the event of equipment failure, and we will explore all possible options for your treatment before requiring to rebook your appointment.
